Company ProfileLee Stacy started Western Vents & Curbs in 1984 when he purchased the machinery and equipment from the Phoenix branch of Louvers and Dampers, Inc. when that facility closed. Lee had served as General Manager of Louvers and Dampers' Phoenix operation for the five years prior to 1984. Lee operated Western Vents until 1997 when he sold the company and retired. Unfortunately, Western Vents deteriorated under the new buyer and was close to shutting down. Lee's son, Ted had worked for Western Vents during the summers while going to school and he joined the company full time when it was repurchased in 2002. Today, Ted is V.P./General Manager and is responsible for the day to day operations of Western Vents & Curbs. Our marketing effort has always been limited and our growth has been dependent on referrals from present customers. If you represent a roof mounted fan line and are involved in the commercial and/or industrial HVAC industry we would appreciate the opportunity to earn your business. We will be adding to our product line as time goes on but it is our intent to remain a small company so that a decision maker for the company is either the one to answer the phone or is available with a minimum delay.
