Curb Extensions
Our curb extension is designed to fit over a curb which is being roofed over. The external flange which supports the extension on the curb also serves as a damper mounting shelf and the removeable panel provides ready access to the damper. The base curb should be ordered 2" smaller than the curb cap of the equipment being installed, and the curb extension 1/2" smaller than the curb cap. This provides clearance for the roofing material over the base curb and allows the curb cap of the fan to fit over the extension. The standard width of the access panel is 6" less than the OD of the extension and the height is 8". |
